Compliance, LLC is a Professional Employer Organization located in Beckley, WV. In 2019 Tiffany Kapp, President and CEO who had worked in the PEO industry for years decided to start a new adventure as a sole owner. Compliance offers payroll, human resource management, risk management, benefit administration, time keeping and state and federal compliance to their clients. Compliance strives itself on customer service and employee satisfaction. Compliance, and its employees are active within the community and believe that giving back is a part of their success.

Tiffany Kapp has her MBA in Healthcare Management from Florida Institute of Technology; Tiffany is a Raleigh County Chamber Board of Director, serves the local advisory council for the Children’s Home Society EYES shelter and is a frequent volunteer at the local soup kitchen, Carpenter’s Corner. Tiffany is a 2018 BRCCC Leadership graduate, 2019 WV Executive Young Guns recipient, class of 2019 State Journal Generation NeXTs 40 under 40 and The State Journal’s October 2019 Issue Top Women-Owned Businesses by Employment in West Virginia.
