Tiffany is deeply committed to community and civic engagement throughout southern West Virginia. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Beckley-Raleigh County Chamber of Commerce, where she previously held the distinguished role of Chairperson. In addition to her continued work with the Chamber, Tiffany serves on the Board of Directors for the Flat Top Lake Association and contributes her insights as a member of the Advisory Council for PCB Bank. Her leadership extends beyond business, reflecting a strong dedication to fostering local growth, supporting community development initiatives, and building meaningful partnerships across the region. Through every role she takes on, Tiffany remains focused on making a lasting impact in the communities she serves.

Tiffany’s leadership has been recognized across West Virginia, including being named a 2019 West Virginia Executive Young Guns Award recipient for her impact as an emerging business leader. Under her leadership, Compliance LLC has also been recognized among the Top Women-Owned Businesses by Employment in West Virginia, reflecting the company’s continued growth and commitment to serving businesses throughout the region.

Noah is an active and dedicated community leader who brings both passion and purpose to every role he undertakes. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Southern West Virginia and the Beckley Zoning Appeals Board, where he helps guide local initiatives and planning efforts that shape the future of the region. In addition to his civic responsibilities, Noah serves as a Police Commissioner and as President of the Woodcrest HOA. Beyond his professional and civic duties, Noah is also deeply invested in youth development — volunteering as a basketball coach at St. Francis de Sales. He is a former board member of the Beckley Art Center, where he supported efforts to enhance the local arts and cultural scene. Noah continues to be a driving force in strengthening the community and empowering those around him.

Trina is a dedicated community leader with a deep passion for service, advocacy, and making a meaningful impact. She proudly serves on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Southern West Virginia, where she plays an active role in supporting initiatives that strengthen local communities. Through her leadership, compassion, and commitment to giving back, Trina continues to uplift and empower individuals and families across the region while helping drive meaningful, lasting change.

Caleb serves as Controller at Compliance, LLC, where he oversees financial operations and ensures accuracy across all accounting processes. With a strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach, Caleb supports informed decision-making and helps maintain the efficiency and integrity that both leadership and clients rely on. He works closely with internal teams to strengthen financial processes, contributing to the continued growth and stability of the organization.

Sean plays a vital role in the day-to-day success of Compliance, LLC, ensuring that operations run seamlessly behind the scenes. With extensive experience and a passion for efficiency, he oversees key functions including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance support. Sean is dedicated to streamlining internal processes and enhancing the client experience at every touchpoint. His leadership and attention to detail make him an essential force in delivering reliable, high-quality service—making him the backbone of our operational excellence.

Jenna is a driven professional with a passion for community growth and leadership development. She is a graduate of Leadership Beckley, a multi-week program sponsored by the Beckley-Raleigh County Chamber of Commerce. This program is designed to cultivate leadership potential and prepare participants for greater civic involvement and responsibility. Through this experience, Jenna has strengthened her connection to the Beckley-Raleigh County community and continues to play an active role in driving positive impact both within and beyond the region.

Amber is committed to delivering accurate, timely payroll solutions with a personalized touch tailored to each client’s unique business needs. Bryce is the proud owner of the Bryce Radford Basketball Academy in Beckley, where he is committed to bettering the lives of youth across the region. Through structured training, mentorship, and skill development, the academy helps young athletes sharpen their abilities, build confidence, and reach their full potential—both on and off the court. Bryce’s dedication to youth empowerment reflects his passion for creating meaningful opportunities and fostering positive growth within the community and beyond.

Logan is a proud Beckley native who now calls Huntington, WV home. With a strong passion for community engagement and storytelling, she is dedicated to showcasing the many events and initiatives Compliance, LLC is involved in across the Mountain State. Logan plays a key role in amplifying our brand presence, spreading the word about our services, and ensuring that communities throughout West Virginia and beyond know who we are and what we stand for.
