Tiffany Kapp, President and CEO of Compliance, LLC, founded the company in 2019 with the goal of simplifying regulatory compliance for businesses across West Virginia. With over 15 years of experience in finance and human resources—and an MBA in Healthcare Management from the Florida Institute of Technology—Tiffany quickly recognized that many businesses needed more than just compliance support. They needed a partner to handle the growing complexity of HR, payroll, benefits, and risk management.

That insight led to the strategic transformation of Compliance, LLC into a full-service Professional Employer Organization (PEO). Under Tiffany’s leadership, the company has expanded its offerings to deliver comprehensive HR solutions tailored to small and mid-sized businesses—giving clients the freedom to focus on growth while Compliance handles the rest.

Tiffany’s leadership and vision have earned her statewide recognition: she is a 2018 BRCCC Leadership graduate, a 2019 WV Executive Young Guns recipient, a State Journal Generation NeXt 40 Under 40 honoree, and was named one of West Virginia’s Top Women-Owned Businesses by The State Journal. She has also served as Chairperson of the Raleigh County Chamber Board of Directors and is currently pursuing her second master’s degree in Labor and Employment Law, further reinforcing her commitment to excellence in the PEO industry.
