In 2019, Tiffany Kapp, President and CEO, who had extensive experience in the PEO industry, embarked on a new venture as the sole owner of the company. Compliance provides a comprehensive suite of services, including payroll processing, human resource management, risk management, benefits administration, timekeeping, and ensuring state and federal compliance for its clients.
