Tiffany Kapp
PRESIDENT & CEO
Tiffany is deeply committed to community and civic engagement throughout southern West Virginia. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Beckley-Raleigh County Chamber of Commerce, where she previously held the distinguished role of Chairperson. In addition to her continued work with the Chamber, Tiffany serves on the Board of Directors for the Flat Top Lake Association and contributes her insights as a member of the Advisory Council for PCB Bank. Her leadership extends beyond business, reflecting a strong dedication to fostering local growth, supporting community development initiatives, and building meaningful partnerships across the region. Through every role she takes on, Tiffany remains focused on making a lasting impact in the communities she serves.
Noah Kapp
VICE PRESIDENT
Noah is an active and dedicated community leader who brings both passion and purpose to every role he undertakes. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Southern West Virginia and the Beckley Zoning Appeals Board, where he helps guide local initiatives and planning efforts that shape the future of the region. In addition to his civic responsibilities, Noah serves as a Police Commissioner and as President of the Woodcrest HOA. Beyond his professional and civic duties, Noah is also deeply invested in youth development — volunteering as a basketball coach at St. Francis de Sales. He is a former board member of the Beckley Art Center, where he supported efforts to enhance the local arts and cultural scene. Noah continues to be a driving force in strengthening the community and empowering those around him.
Jenna sexton
DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Jenna is a driven professional with a passion for community growth and leadership development. She is a graduate of Leadership Beckley, a multi-week program sponsored by the Beckley-Raleigh County Chamber of Commerce. This program is designed to cultivate leadership potential and prepare participants for greater civic involvement and responsibility. Through this experience, Jenna has strengthened her connection to the Beckley-Raleigh County community and continues to play an active role in driving positive impact both within and beyond the region.
Trina Epperly
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Trina is a dedicated community leader with a deep passion for service, advocacy, and making a meaningful impact. She serves on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Southern West Virginia and holds the position of Treasurer for the AWAY Board. AWAY is a West Virginia-based nonprofit that provides critical services—including emergency shelter, counseling, crisis intervention, and advocacy—to individuals affected by domestic and sexual violence. Through her leadership and commitment, Trina continues to support and uplift those in need across the region.

Logan plays a key role in amplifying our brand presence, spreading the word about our services, and ensuring that communities throughout West Virginia know who we are and what we stand for. She takes particular pride in highlighting the continued growth and success of her hometown, and she brings that same enthusiasm to every project she takes on.
